V. K. Arseniev’s “collector’s file.” The selection of materials started back in the office of the Ethnography Department of the Emperor Alexander III Russian Museum. They include Arseniev’s correspondence with the museum’s staff, in particular about the donation of his collections and collaboration, telegrams, tag cards prepared by Arseniev for items of his archeological collections, and lists of collections. Arseniev’s autographs, autographs of various persons, type scripts.
