The cradle model is made of wood with a deer skin suede covering decorated with fringe, bead embroidery and hair from under reindeer’s neck. The miniature cradle was in the set of doll accessories, with which the girls played getting accustomed to women’s work, i.e. caring for children, cooking, and making clothes. Imitating the grown-ups, they learned the role of chum and home keeper. Abstract by M.V. Fedorova
