It is a belt with items necessary for hunting attached to it: a powder horn; an ivory powder charger; “purse,” a leather pouch for bullets and spare flint stones; vyvertka, or screw driver for fixing the flint to the flintlock. Accessories to this kit were a wooden tamping stick for wads, and grouse whistles of goose quill. Abstract by O.G. Baranova
