The dokto stockings are made from multicolor cotton fabrics, with a white canvas sole, and decorated with a black velvet strip and silk thread embroidery (spiral foliage ornament). The warm stockings were worn with footwear in a cold season. These smart dokto were worn by young men on solemn occasions.
