Annotation:

Jewish ethnographic expedition of S. A. An-sky. In the foreground is a wooden tomb with the inscription: “Yehoshua, son of Israel Leib, rests here. 16 teveth 670” (corresponding to December 28, 1909). Standing in the background among the graves is A. Rechtman, a member of the expedition .

בית קברות. מחוז פודולסק. יהודים אירופאים. המשלחת האתנוגרפית היהודית של ס'.א'. אנ-סקי. צלם - יודובין ס'.ב'. 1912 נגטיב. בחזית — המצבת מעץ והכיתוב: "פה נח יהושע בן ישראל לייב. 16 טבת תרע" (28 בדצמבר 1909). ברקע עומד בין הקברים חבר משלחת א'. רכטמן.
