Annotation:

On the reverse of the letterhead card indicating the name Felser and the studio’s address (Khokhryakova’s house in Voskresenskaya Street” is the inscription “1896. Kazan.” The Felser Studio in Kazan was owned by various members of the Felser family, starting from 1880. Iosif Semyonovich Felser, doctor of medicine, member of the Kazan photographic society, owned the studio in Voskresenskaya Street from 1893 till 1896, after which the business passed to his younger brother Solomon (we used materials from the research paper of R. R. Idrisova).

דיוקן אישה. מחוז קאזאן, עיר קאזאן. יהודים אירופאים. צלם אי'.ס'. פלצר (?) .1896 שנת על גבו של טופס האמן האישי הוצג שם המשפחה "פלזר" וכתובת של החנות (רח' ווסקרסנסקאיה, בית חוריאקובה)" - הכיתוב: "1896. קאזאן". חנות הצילום "Felzer" בקאזאן הייתה שייכת לבני משפחת פלזר השונים החל משנת 1880. יוסף סמיונוביץ' פלזר, דוקטור לרפואה, חבר באגודת הצילום של קאזאן, היה הבעלים של חנות הצילום ברחוב ווסקרסנסקאיה בין שנות 1893-1896, ולאחר מכן עבר העסק לאחו הקטן סולומון (חומר נלקח מעבודת מדע מאת אידריסובה ר'.ר'.).
