Annotation:
This Saami hunter is wearing a traditional felt cap decorated with beads, with fir trimming; pims, traditional fur footwear borrowed from the Nenets; and felt yupa, a Saami closed-up shoulder garment. Over the yupa is a breast belt with hunter’s accessories – powder flasks, pouch for shot, and screwdriver for the rifle (A similar object see in No. 4848-8). Abstract by A.A. Zankovskaya
