Annotation:

The gaters are made from brown cotton fabric. A blue fabric strip decorated with an embroidered curvilinear ornament is sewn on at the top. Elk suede strings for tying to a belt or “pelvis cover” are sewn to the upper edge, and a strap for winding round the ankle is sewn to the lower edge.
