Annotation:

Choron, kumiss vessel, goblet-shaped, with a round body on a conical stem. The cup’s surface is decorated with carved geometric ornament: honeycomb cells, zigzags, triangles, and ribs. An important component of the décor is a copper hoop with cast figured pendants and square copper plates. The choron is the main object at the Yssyakh feast. For a sacred purpose, a lock of white mane hair is tied to the stem. Abstract by V.V. Gorbacheva
