Annotation:

Poompo, men’s head cape of Chinese white fabric, bashlyk type, trimmed with curvilinear ornament embroidery at the bottom along the slit and on the back, in the triangular form. It was worn when hunting, protecting against snow in winter and against gnats in summer.
