Wooden spoon with a leaf-like shallow blade. The handle is slightly bent, with thin notches over the whole surface. On each edge at the stem neck there are three small rounded notches. An ornament is scratched with a knife on the stem’s face. The handle’s end is decorated, and has a hook on the reverse for hanging or resting on kitchenware’s edge. Similar spoons were used in everyday life for cooking. The handle was often decorated with fine carved ornament or plain line notches, which prevented slipping during use.
