Annotation:

Rectangular birch bark box with a lid; the lid has an embossed ornament painted red and blue on its surface. The lid’s ornament has a rosette of four spirals in the center, with bear’s heads shown on the sides. They symbolized an amulet against evil spirits. The box was used for carrying tobacco and sundries.
