Garmasu, men’s head cape, made of white cotton fabric, decorated with a curvilinear ornament at the back and on the sides, and trimmed with squirrel fur. The cape protected the neck and face against midges and gnats and in winter, against cold and snow. It was a required component of men’s hunting costume; the hunter put on a small “korbochi” cap over it.
