The women’s summer robe is made from Chinese blue cotton fabric (daba), kimono style. The collar is decorated with a spiral foliage ornament embroidered in silk threads. The hem, sleeves, and left-hand breast are trimmed with multicolor strips, and small white buttons are sewn on along the hem. Such fabric robes were everyday summer wear.
