Annotation:
The doll is an image of a woman wearing traditional clothes: a fur caftan, plastron, cap, and footwear embroidered with beads and hair from under reindeer’s neck. The Evens used such home-made dolls not only as children’s toys, but also as amulets, hanging them to the cradle. Abstract by M.V. Fedorova
