A closed-up coat with a hood and plastron, reaching below the knees, sewn from dark deer skin (pijiki) fur outside. The broad strip along the hem is decorated with geometric ornament by dark and light seal skin inlay technique, and silk thread and worsted embroidery. The plastron edges are of deer leg skin, and the sleeves and hem edges have glutton skin trimming. The parka’s cut resembles the Chukchi and Koryak kukhlyanka - a result of borrowing.
