The costumes consist of pinafores sewn from machine-made fabrics, and “muslin” chemises with sleeves tied up with ribbon bows above the elbow. They have silk shawls on their shoulders, girls’ headbands on the head, and beads on their necks. Abstract by L.V. Korolkova
