Annotation:

It consists of 9 light and 2 brown double strips of dressed seal skin stitched with leather strings along the edges. The strips are arranged circle-wise top-bottom (from smaller to larger ones), and joined with leather strings between them and on the back at six points. Attached with strings to the uppermost strip is a thick rectangular leather plate to protect the chest against blows and arrows. It was worn over a fur upper garment. Abstract by V.V.
